The Whisky 2025
LOS ANGELES, CA — After such a successful solo performance by damian israel shiner in 2024, The Whisky a Go Go invited his entire band, the displayers, back to their world-renowned club on the Sunset Strip to open for 80s rocker Mike Tramp’s White Lion on Saturday, September 20, 2025. As an out-of-town band with a pocket following in the SoCal area, more than 35 tickets were sold for the displayers alone on this historic night — the energy from the audience was electric! Their 30-minute set included (start to finish): sad, peace, deny, the ELEPHANT, High and Dry (cover song), their latest single change, and don’t. The attending crowd was a wide mix of longtime fans, recent fans, old friends, and new friends (plus, friends of friends), and it was clear from their response that the displayers played the “hits”.
