Wilco honesty. Killers drive. Robert Smith’s emotion. High-energy, heartfelt rock rooted in positivity and connection.

bio
damian israel shiner and his band the displayers are a Boston-based rock act built on big hooks, emotional punch, and live shows that don’t let you stand still for long. Their music blends heart-on-sleeve songwriting with driving energy—songs that hit hard, linger longer, and feel just as good shouted back from the crowd as they do through headphones.
At the center of the band is a belief that rock music should still connect—to people, to rooms, to moments. damian & the displayers bring intensity without pretense, joy without irony, and a sense of shared experience that turns shows into something communal rather than performative. Whether on a festival stage or packed into a small room, the goal is the same: leave the place buzzing, a little lighter, and already ready for the next song.
